Assisted Suicide and Euthanasia Legalized in Canada

This morning in Vancouver, the BC Supreme Court ruled in favour of legalizing assisted suicide and euthanasia. This decision paves the way for many abuses, including elder abuses, loss of control by patients, and increased power going to the health care system. It is shocking and sad that a nation would spend so much time and effort trying to give people a right to die; instead we should be doing all we can to support our neighbours in their right to life.
