It's like forcing organ donation!
Yikes, this one's a scary one, isn't it? Many pro lifers freeze when this comes up, because we're all intuitively aware of how messed up it would be to force any medical procedure on a person, including organ donation.

Let's think about it rationally.
What is organ donation, fundamentally? It's the process of taking one person's organs and forcibly using them to save another person's life. It's a forced, unnatural medical procedure.
Those words are important. Forced. Unnatural. Medical. Procedure.
A kidney donation is forced because it requires physical force to move your kidney to someone else's body. It's unnatural because your kidney technically belongs in your body. It’s a medical procedure because it relies on medical intervention to upset and disrupt the natural state of existence.
But Pregnancy?
Pregnancy is none of these things!
It's not forced: It's just a process proceeding as it's naturally designed to do.
It's not unnatural: In fact, it's one of the most natural processes in biology! It means your body is functioning exactly as it's designed to. In fact, fertility is one of the primary predictors of overall health.
And it's not a medical procedure: Quite the opposite, in fact. It's just nature taking it's course.
You know what is a forced, unnatural, medical procedure?
Abortion.
The death of a preborn child via invasive medical interventions is the most perverse form of ‘medical' intervention there is.
Comparing forced organ donation to pregnancy is like comparing apples to oranges:
While the first is an unnatural and forceful intervention, the second is a natural and very normal function of life.

The What-Aboutisms.
Okay, so we might agree that the preborn are human. And we might agree that they’re alive. And we might even agree that they’re people! But, what about…. All the types of crises that women and families might face? Shouldn’t a woman get to abort if she needs to?
This is where most conversations get stuck in a rut. But don’t worry, we’ll help you navigate all the what-aboutisms!
